To the Uttermost

Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

In this chapter we read how that the Priest had to offer up sacrifices daily. I'm so thankful for a God that would lay down His own life, to save me to the uttermost... If we were to read this too swiftly we would think he is speaking on the subject of saving the worst of sinners. But in the context it shows Him saving us forevermore.


Then at the end of the verse it reads "he ever liveth to make intercession for them". This means He is bringing dirty sinners to a holy God and reconciling them. Turning their enmity into a relationship.

Have you been reconciled to God through Jesus' blood?
Have you been saved to the uttermost?
If you have then be excited about it and tell someone else...
